Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels remain high on the Winterbourne Stream and the River Lambourn due to high groundwater levels. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue, especially in the Bagnor area. We expect levels to remain high over the next few days. The forecast for this week is unsettled, with the potential for heavy showers today, 10/03/2025. River levels are expected to remain high over the coming days and will be sensitive to further rainfall. Go to the ‘River and Sea levels in England’ webpage for current river levels. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. This message will be updated on Monday morning, 17/03/2025, or as the situation changes.
