Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place in the Ashford International area, closing all lines between the Ashford International and the High Speed line to Ebbsfleet International, and the line between Ashford International and Canterbury West.

Highspeed via Ashford International : Trains between London St Pancras International and Margate via Canterbury West, and between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Dover Priory will not run.

Additional trains will run between London St Pancras International and Dover Priory via Faversham and Canterbury East.

A reduced service will run between London St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International. Additional trains will run between Canterbury West and Margate.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate via Canterbury West will only run between London Charing Cross and Ashford International.

Trains between London Charing Cross and Dover Priory will be extended to run to / from Ramsgate via Sandwich.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

Ebbsfleet International and Maidstone East

Ashford International and Canterbury West non-stop

Ashford International and Canterbury West calling at all stations.

The following stations will be closed all day and will only be served by replacement buses:

  • Wye
  • Chilham
  • Chartham
