Description of Incident
Over the weekend, there were yellow weather warnings in place as a result of Storm Amy.
The weather caused disruption on various routes across parts of Scotland, and extensive work has since taken place to ensure that each of the affected lines was safe to reopen.
Following checks, most ScotRail routes have been able to resume operating. However, Network Rail are continuing to carry out work across a small number of routes today to allow them to reopen.
Disruption is expected to continue for the rest of the day.

The following routes are now open with some alterations whilst further checks are carried out:
- Inverness – Kyle of Lochalsh
You may use your ticket on Citylink buses between Inverness and Kyle of Lochalsh at no extra cost.
