Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Forecast high river levels today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from the evening of 13 November 2025 and into Friday 14th November. Locations most affected will be the River Wiske, Brompton Beck, Cod Beck, North Beck, Willow Beck, Sun Beck and Winton Beck. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 09:00AM on 14 November 2025 or as the situation changes.
