I’m trying to plan a journey from Portsmouth to Carlisle on Sunday 25th September. How do I find out if planned bridge works will be closing the M6 somewhere around Lancaster?
If this planned work is happening why can’t I find out about it? I can avoid adding to congestion etc by taking the M1 – A66 route but I need to know before going too far north,
