Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Rising river levels today may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible on 16 February 2026 .  Areas most at risk are around the River Cam from Stapleford to Waterbeach. We are not expecting the situation to escalate, or to issue any further warning messages at this time. The forecast is mostly dry early this week.  We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .  Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .  This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 17 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
