Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected, especially in the Wokingham area. River levels are rising on the Emm Brook in response to this morning’s rain. Further heavy rainfall is forecast this afternoon and evening. We expect river levels to rise until this evening on 15 February 2026. We are closely monitoring the situation .
