Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.  Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 .  Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Shuttington Road, Amington Old Hall, Amington Park, Filey, Selker Drive and Whitley Avenue areas.  We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .  Stay away from floodwater – it contains hidden dangers such as open manhole covers, sewage and chemicals . Activate any flood products you may have.  This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 01 March 2026 or as the situation changes.
