Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: High river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.  Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 .  Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Launceston Drive area, Kingfisher Court, Liberty Way, Pembroke Way, Attleborough Road, Seymour Road, Caarnarfon Drive, Ribbonbrook, Lister Street, Ribbonfields and Pingle Court areas.  We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels.  Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and Activate any flood protection products you may have.  This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 28 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
