Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Rising river levels today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 16 February 2026 . Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Middle Dorset Stour tributaries between Sturminster Newton and Wimborne. Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers. Weather conditions are expected to improve throughout today and no further flooding is expected. We are closely monitoring the situation .
