Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.  Flooding is expected on 16 February 2026 .  Areas most at risk are Wyboston Lakes, School Lane in Eaton Socon, Hardwick Road and Springbrook in Eynesbury, The Paddock and Crosshall Road in Eaton Ford and River Terrace, Priory Lane, Chandlers Wharf, Brook Street, Church Street and Browns Square in St Neots. The weather forecast is now dry and we expect levels to peak soon.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .  This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 16 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
