Current Flood Alert: Flood warning 2

Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: This is an update to the current Flood Warning. River levels remain high following the recent rainfall and the high groundwater. Flooding is still possible and areas most at risk include Bickerley, Ringwood and the B3347 from Christchurch to Stony Lane in Christchurch. The weather remains unsettled with more rainfall forecast throughout the day today, which may cause further river level rise. We are closely monitoring the situation. Continue using any flood protection products you may have and acting on your flood plan if you have one. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Never drive through flood water, just 30cm of fast flowing water is enough to move your car. This message will be updated by 1:00PM on 16 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
