Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: High river levels this evening may lead to flooding. Flooding is expected from the evening of 16 February 2026. Flooding of low lying land and roads is possible, especially in the Sindlesham and Arborfield areas. River levels are currently falling, but are still above the flood threshold. Light rain is forecast this afternoon and early evening, but we expect levels to continue to fall. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Don’t put yourself or others at risk. This message will be updated by 8pm 17 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
