Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Micklefield and York, closing all lines.
CrossCountry:
No CrossCountry trains will operate between Leeds and York.
A reduced service will call at Wakefield Westgate and Leeds.
Tickets between Leeds and York can be used on all train operators.
Northern:
Buses will replace trains between Micklefield and York.
TransPennine Express:
Due to Transpennine Route Upgrade improvement works between Leeds and York / Selby TransPennine Express services will divert and run to amended timetables:
Saturday:
- Liverpool Lime Street to Hull
- Manchester Airport to Leeds
- Manchester Victoria to Leeds
- Manchester Piccadilly to Wakefield Kirkgate
- York to Scarborough
- York to Redcar Central
- York to Newcastle
Sunday:
- Liverpool Lime Street to Hull (additionally calling at Newton-le-Willows)
- Manchester Airport to Newcastle (additionally calling at Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road and Dewsbury)
- Manchester Victoria to Redcar Central
- Manchester Piccadilly to York (Huddersfield before 12:30)
- York to Scarborough
Monday to Friday:
- Liverpool Lime Street to Hull (additionally calling at Newton-le-Willows, will not call at Stalybridge when travelling westbound)
- Manchester Airport to Newcastle (additionally calling at Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road and Dewsbury)
- Manchester Victoria to Redcar Central, (additionally calling at Stalybridge when travelling westbound)
- Manchester Piccadilly to York (will not call at Normanton every two hours)
- York to Scarborough
