Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place in the Farringdon area, closing all lines.
All day on Sunday, no Thameslink trains will run through central London between London St Pancras International / Finsbury Park and London Blackfriars / London Bridge.
Paper tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Underground and London Bus services to travel across central London.
Trains will run to an amended timetable between:
- Cambridge / Peterborough and London Kings Cross
- Bedford / Luton and London St Pancras International. These trains will not call at Kentish Town, paper rail tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Buses / London Underground to travel to / from Kentish Town
- London Bridge and Brighton / Three Bridges / Horsham
Plumstead and Rainham. Your tickets will be accepted on Southeastern services at no extra cost between London and Plumstead, and paper rail tickets will be accepted on Elizabeth line services at no extra cost between Farringdon and Abbey Wood.
Swanley and Sevenoaks. Rail replacement buses will run between Herne Hill and Swanley via Bromley and Bellingham. Please change at Herne Hill for trains to / from London.
No trains will operate between London Blackfriars and Sutton. Your tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on Southern Railway services, paper rail tickets will also be accepted on local London Buses, London Underground and London Trams.
Paper tickets will be accepted on London Underground and London Bus services at no extra cost to travel across central London.
