Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place in the Carlisle area, closing some lines on Sunday night / Monday morning.
As a result, the following Caledonian Sleeper services (all starting from their origin on Sunday evening) will be retimed to start earlier or later than usual:
London to Scotland:
The 21:00 London Euston to Inverness / Aberdeen / Fort William service will depart earlier at 20:20. The service to Inverness has also been retimed to arrive at 08:45. This service will not call at Crewe or Preston.
The 23:30 London Euston to Glasgow / Edinburgh service will been retimed depart London Euston earlier at 21:30 and will arrive in Edinburgh at 05:24. Guests travelling to Edinburgh may stay onboard the train until 07:30. This service will not call at Watford Junction.
Scotland to London:
The 20:25 Inverness to London Euston service has been retimed earlier to depart at 20:15 and is now scheduled to arrive into London Euston at 08:45. This service will not call at Preston or Crewe.
The 23:15 Glasgow Central / Edinburgh to London Euston service has been retimed earlier to depart Glasgow Central at 21:45, Motherwell at 22:03 and Carstairs at 22:23. This service will not call at Watford Junction.
