Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly, closing some lines.

The following services will be amended:

  • 21:52 Chester to Manchester Airport will terminate at Warrington Bank Quay. A rail replacement bus will operate from Warrington Bank Quay to Manchester Piccadilly
  • 23:25 Manchester Airport to Holyhead will start from Chester at 00:47. A rail replacement bus will operate from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester
