Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Stockport and Plumley and also between Plumley and Chester, closing lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

The following trains will be cancelled in full on Monday to Thursday evenings:

  • The 22:52 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly
  • The 23:13 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester

Rail replacement buses will run between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester.
