Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Swansea, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
Monday to Thursday:
The 20:48 London Paddington to Swansea will divert between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park – not calling), and will arrive / depart Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.
The 21:48 London Paddington to Swansea will divert between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park – not calling) and will arrive / depart Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.
The 22:49 London Paddington to Swansea will divert between Swindon and Bristol Parkway. It will call additionally at Chippenham and Bath Spa (drop off only), departing Bristol Parkway as normal. The train will be diverted between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park – not calling) and will arrive / depart Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.
Please note that on Monday and Tuesday evenings, all these trains will run an additional 8 minutes later.
Tuesday to Friday:
The 03:46 Swansea to London Paddington will call at Bridgend and arrive at Cardiff Central a few minutes later than usual. The train will depart Cardiff Central as normal.
