Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place in the London Liverpool Street area, closing all lines.

c2c:

All c2c services will be diverted via West Ham to London Fenchurch Street.

You can use your ticket on Jubilee line and Docklands Light Railway services between West Ham and Stratford.

London Liverpool Street is a short distance from London Fenchurch Street.

Elizabeth line:

No trains will run between Shenfield and Stratford (London).

Replacement buses will run between:

  • Shenfield and Newbury Park (London Underground) via Romford / Chadwell Heath
  • Romford and Stratford (London)

Trains will run between Stratford (London) and London Paddington / Heathrow Terminal 5.

Greater Anglia / Stansted Express:

No trains will run to / from London Liverpool Street.

An amended train service will run between:

  • Stratford (London) and Hertford East / Bishops Stortford / Stansted Airport / Cambridge
  • Shenfield and Colchester Town / Clacton-on-Sea / Norwich

Replacement buses will run between:

  • Ingatestone / Southend Victoria and Newbury Park
  • Southminster and Wickford

Ticket acceptance:

You can use your tickets at no extra cost with London Underground between:

  • London Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale (Victoria / Circle / Hammersmith & City / Metropolitan lines)
  • Stratford (London) and Liverpool Street (Central line)
  • Newbury Park and Stratford (London) / Liverpool Street (Central line)

London Overground:

Due to engineering works there will be no trains will run on the Weaver Line between London Liverpool Street and Enfield Town / Cheshunt / Chingford. If you have a National Rail paper ticket or e-ticket, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following operators’ services:

  • Central line for Bethnal Green
  • London Bus route 254 between Bethnal Green Central Line station and Cambridge Heath, London Fields and Hackney Downs
  • Mildmay Line for Hackney Downs (for Hackney Central)
  • London Bus route 276 for journeys between Hackney Downs and Rectory Road
  • London Bus routes 106 or 393 for journeys between Clapton and Stoke Newington
  • London Bus routes 243 and 254 for journeys between Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill
  • Victoria line to / from Seven Sisters
  • London Bus routes 149 / 249 / 279 and 349 for journeys between Seven Sisters, Bruce Grove, White Hart Lane, Silver Street and Edmonton Green
  • London Bus route 192 for journeys between Edmonton Green, Bush Hill Park and Enfield Town
  • London Bus route 349 for journeys between Edmonton Green and Southbury
  • London Bus route 279 for journeys between Edmonton Green and Turkey Street
  • London Bus route 279 and 251 for journeys between Turkey Street and Theobalds Grove
  • Local bus route 251 / 310 for journeys between Theobalds Grove and Cheshunt
  • Mildmay line to / from Hackney Central and local bus 253 for Clapton
  • Victoria line to / from Walthamstow Central and local buses:
    • W11/275 for St. James Street
    • 230 or W15 and W16 to Wood Street

  • London Bus routes 97 / 212 between Chingford and Walthamstow Central
