    Slow moving Queuing traffic A386 between candy tiles, Newton Abbot and harcombe bends north bound due to lone sheep Police officer and cats protection officer in pursuit. Cat protection can abandoned by rescuer in Harcombe bends in outside lane, no haze arc lights . Traffic now moving
