Canary Wharf: No Step Free Access – Step free access is not available between North Colonnade / the station concourse and DLR platforms 2 and 3 due to a faulty lift. For trains towards Lewisham, step free access is available using the lift between Cabot Place East Mall and platform 1. For trains towards Stratford, use lift A to platforms 4 and 5.
