HERTFORD ROAD, EN3: ROUTE 191 is on diversion in both directions via Hertford Road and Green Street due to an emergency services incident. Towards Brimsdown, bus stops from ‘Oatlands Road’ (EM) to ‘Fouracres’ (J) will be missed. Towards Edmonton Green Bus Station, bus stops from ‘Fouracres’ (E) to ‘Carterhatch Lane’ (EB) will be missed.
