Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place in the London Bridge area, closing various lines.
Thameslink services between Bedford / London St Pancras and Brighton / Three Bridges / Horsham will be diverted between London Blackfriars and East Croydon, will not call at London Bridge, and be subject to extended journey times.
Thameslink services between Kentish Town and Rainham will only run between Plumstead and Rainham.
Thameslink services between Sutton (London) and London Blackfriars / Luton via Wimbledon are subject to minor retiming. Thameslink services between Luton / London Blackfriars and Sutton via Mitcham Junction will not run, though a reduced service of trains between St Albans City and Sutton via Mitcham Junction will still run. You can use Southern services to / from London Victoria to complete their journey.
Ticket acceptance:
Your tickets will be accepted on Southeastern services between London Cannon Street / London Bridge and Plumstead at no extra cost.
Additionally, paper rail tickets will be accepted on the following services at no extra cost:
- Elizabeth Line services between Farringdon and Abbey Wood
- London Underground services between London Kings Cross / London Bridge and Elephant and Castle, Cannon Street and London Blackfriars
- London Bus services between London Kings Cross / St Pancras and London Bridge
