Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place late night Saturday and all day Sunday between Haywards Heath and Lewes / Eastbourne / Seaford, closing some lines.
At the end of Saturday service:
The 23.41 Brighton to Seaford train will terminate at Lewes. A replacement bus will run to Seaford.
The 00:15 (Sunday morning) Haywards Heath to Eastbourne train will depart Heywards Heath at 00.26 and divert and terminate at Brighton.
The 01:08 (Sunday morning) Haywards Heath to Eastbourne service will not run. Replacement buses will run to Lewes / Eastbourne.
All day on Sunday:
No trains will run between Haywards Heath and Lewes / Eastbourne / Seaford.
Replacement buses will run between Three Bridges / Haywards Heath and Lewes, between Lewes and Eastbourne, and between Lewes and Seaford.
Also until 10:00 on Sunday, no trains will run between Falmer and Lewes. Some trains will run between Brighton and Falmer. Replacement buses also will run between Brighton and Lewes.
Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
