Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between St Johns, Hither Green and Dartford closing the lines between Lewisham and Orpington, and between Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Tonbridge will be diverted to run to and from London Victoria. These trains will only run between London Victoria and Minster via Dover Priory and Tonbridge / Ashford International via Tonbridge because of further engineering work.

Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will be retimed and diverted via an alternative route between London Bridge and Orpington. These trains will only run between London Charing Cross and Tunbridge Wells because of further engineering work.

Grove Park Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Sevenoaks will not run.

Bromley South Line: Trains between London Victoria and Orpington will be extended to run to and from Sevenoaks.

Sidcup Line: Trains which usually only run between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Sidcup will not run. Trains between London Charing Cross and Gravesend via Sidcup will be diverted to run via Bexleyheath calling at all stations between Lewisham and Dartford.

Accessible replacement buses will run between:

  • Lewisham and Orpington
  • Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup

London Underground between Victoria, Charing Cross, Embankment, Waterloo, Southwark, London Bridge and Cannon Street at no extra cost.
