Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Haywards Heath and Brighton, closing all lines on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Southern:

At the end of Saturday service and until approximately 08:15 on Sunday morning, also from approximately 22:30 until the end of Sunday service:

Buses replace trains between Lewes and Brighton.

Services between London Victoria and Brighton will be diverted via Hove and will run to an amended timetable between Preston Park and Brighton, with extended journey times.

Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.

Thameslink:

From approximately 23:59 on Saturday evening until approximately 08:10 Sunday morning, no Thameslink trains will run between Haywards Heath and Brighton.

Rail replacement buses will run between Haywards Heath and Brighton, and your tickets will also be accepted on Southern trains between Haywards Heath and Brighton.
