Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Property flooding is expected. River levels remain high but are slowly falling on the River Thames following heavy rainfall from Storm Bert and Storm Conall last week. Flooding of property and roads remains possible overnight tonight, 02/12/24, especially in the Basmore Lane, Bolney Road, and Loddon Drive areas. The next 24 hours is expected to be mainly dry with some scattered showers. We expect river levels to continue declining over the next few days. We are monitoring the situation. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Avoid contact with flood water. Go to the ‘River and Sea levels in England’ webpage for current river levels. This message will be updated by tomorrow morning, 03/12/24, or as the situation changes.
