Description of Incident

Track renewal / signalling work is taking place between Lostock Hall and Church & Oswaldtwistle, closing all lines.

Buses will replace trains between:

  • Preston and Burnley Manchester Road.
  • Preston and Colne.
  • Bolton and Blackburn / Clitheroe

Train services will run between Blackpool North / Blackpool South and Preston, and between Bolton and Manchester Victoria.

Customers wishing to travel between Todmorden and Blackburn (and stations between) should travel via Hebden Bridge, or use local bus services.
