Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Dewsbury and Deighton, closing all lines.
Northern:
Buses will replace trains between Leeds and Halifax via Dewsbury / Brighouse.
TransPennine Express:
Trains will not run via Dewsbury.
An amended train service will run between:
- Leeds and Hull
- York and Scarborough
- Manchester Victoria and Redcar Central via Stalybridge (calling at Stalybridge towards Manchester only)
- Manchester Piccadilly to York via Wakefield Kirkgate
- Liverpool Lime Street to Newcastle (calling additionally at Lea Green, Stalybridge (towards Newcastle only) and Northallerton (every 2 hours)
Between approximately 23:30 and 05:45 each night, a reduced service will run between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport.
Replacement buses will run between:
- Huddersfield and Leeds
- Dewsbury and Leeds
- Huddersfield and Brighouse
- Manchester Airport and Huddersfield
