Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place in the Stockport area, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 22:46 Manchester Piccadilly to Stoke service will terminate at Macclesfield. A bus will be provided from Macclesfield to Stoke-on-Trent.

The 22:57 Buxton to Manchester Piccadilly service will not call at Heaton Chapel and Levenshulme. A bus will be provided from Stockport to Manchester Piccadilly to serve these stations.

The 23:12 Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly service will not call at Handforth, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, Heaton Chapel and Levenshulme. A bus will be provided from Wilmslow to Manchester Piccadilly to serve these stations.

The 23:16 Manchester Piccadilly to Macclesfield service will terminate at Stockport. A bus will be provided from Stockport to Macclesfield.

The 23:23 Manchester Piccadilly to Hazel Grove service will be bus replaced throughout.

The 23:36 Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe service will be bus replaced throughout.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 00:44 Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly service will be replaced by a bus throughout.
