Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea / Walton-on-the-Naze, closing all lines.

Until 09:15:

Buses will replace trains between Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea / Walton-on-the-Naze.

The following amendments will apply:

  • The 07:05 Clacton-on-Sea to London Liverpool Street service will be replaced by a bus to Colchester
  • The 08:37 Colchester to Clacton-on-Sea service will be replaced by a bus throughout
  • The 08:28 Walton-on-the-Naze to Thorpe-le-Soken service will be cancelled
  • The 09:02 Thorpe-le-Soken to Walton-on-the-Naze will be cancelled
