Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, closing the direct lines.
Trains between London Paddington and Carmarthen will continue to run to an amended and reduced timetable between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, but will be diverted to run via Bath Spa. This will lead to extended journey times, and trains will be retimed to run earlier or later than usual.
The majority of services between London Paddington and Cardiff Central will not run. Those that are running, will be diverted via Bath Spa and retimed.
During busy times, additional trains will run between London Paddington and Swindon.
