Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

As a result:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:

The 21:53 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill will call additionally at Didcot Parkway, and will then be diverted to run on an alternative route to Worcester Shrub Hill. For stations between Didcot Parkway and Worcester Shrub Hill via Oxford, change at Didcot Parkway for a rail connection to Oxford. From Oxford, a replacement bus will run to Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore, Worcestershire Parkway and Worcester Shrub Hill.

The 22:00 Hereford to London Paddington service will run between Hereford and Worcester Shrub Hill, and between Oxford and London Paddington only. There is no connection between the two parts of this train. For connections beyond Oxford, you should travel on an earlier train. A replacement bus will run between Worcester Shrub Hill and Oxford.

The 22:51 London Paddington to Worcestershire Parkway service will terminate at Oxford. A replacement bus will run from Oxford to Worcestershire Parkway.

Tuesday:

The 21:53 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill service will not run. You should use earlier train services instead.

The 22:00 Hereford to London Paddington service will terminate at Worcester Shrub Hill, with no alternative transport. For stations beyond Worcester Shrub Hill, you should travel by earlier services.

The 22:51 London Paddington to Worcestershire Parkway service will not run. You should use earlier train services instead.
