Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Bridgend, closing some lines.
Except where shown below, trains between London Paddington and Swansea / Carmarthen will divert between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Barry, and will terminate / start at Swansea. Trains will operate seperately between Swansea and Carmarthen.
Most trains will depart Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot Parkway and Bridgend earlier than usual.
Saturday
The following services are affected:
- The 07:04 Bristol Temple Meads to Swansea will start from Bristol Parkway at 07:03 and will divert as above.
The following services will not run:
- The 17:18 London Paddington to Carmarthen service.
- The 18:18 and 19:18 London Paddington to Swansea services.
- The 05:52, 06:44 and 07:50 Swansea to London Paddington services.
Sunday
- The 19:20 Carmarthen to London Paddington will depart Carmarthen at normal timings before diverting as above.
- The 08:58 Bristol Parkway to Swansea will divert as above.
- The 08:35 Swansea to London Paddington will not run.
