Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Cardiff Central and Bridgend and also between Bridgend and Port Talbot(Wednesday and Thursday), closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday:

The 20:48 London Paddington to Swansea will divert between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park – not calling) arriving / departing Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.

The 21:48 and 22:46 London Paddington to Swansea service will divert between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park– not calling) arriving / departing Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.

On Wednesday and Thursday these trains will incur 8 minutes additional journey time between Bridgend and
Port Talbot Parkway.

Tuesday and Wednesday:

The 03:46 Swansea to London Paddington will depart Bridgend a few minutes later than normal. Normal timings departing Cardiff Central and beyond.
