Latest flood alert advice from the Environment Agency: Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are low on the River Evenlode but remain high on the River Glyme. Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue along the River Glyme in the Woodstock area. The weather forecast is for showers on Thursday. We are monitoring the situation. Go to the ‘River and Sea levels in England’ webpage for current river levels. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 13/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
