Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place in the London Paddington area, closing various lines.
Elizabeth line:
Trains that usually run between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will run between Abbey Wood and London Paddington (Elizabeth line platforms) only.
The following stations will have a reduced service of 2 trains per hour:
- Maidenhead
- Burnham
- Slough
- Langley
- West Drayton
- Heathrow Terminal 4
The following stations will have a reduced service of 6 trains per hour:
- Hayes & Harlington
- Southall
- Ealing Broadway
The following stations will have no train service:
- Acton Main Line
- Hanwell
- West Ealing
For these stations, you should instead use London Underground services from nearby London Underground stations.
Great Western Railway:
Long distance services:
Trains will run to an amended timetable, with trains running up to 8 minutes earlier or later than usual. Some trains will make additional station calls between London Paddington and Reading.
Local services:
The majority of services which usually run between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will be amended to run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only.
Additionally, the 08:36 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway will depart 08:48 and operate later throughout.
Heathrow Express:
Before approximately 09:00, trains will run every 15 minutes.
Between 09:00 and approximately 22:30, trains will run every 30 minutes.
