Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Reading and London Paddington, closing some lines.
Elizabeth line:
The 00:07 Heathrow Terminal 5 to London Paddington service will start at 00:12, and will terminate at Ealing Broadway.
Sunday until 07:40:
No trains will run between Ealing Broadway and London Paddington.
From 07:40 until 19:00:
- Trains running towards Reading will not call at Burnham and Taplow. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Maidenhead for Burnham / Taplow.
After 19:00:
- Trains running will not call at Burnham and Taplow. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Maidenhead for Burnham / Taplow.
After 07:40:
Trains that normally run between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will run between Abbey Wood and London Paddington (Elizabeth line).
As a result:
- Maidenhead, Slough, Langley and West Drayton will have a reduced timetable of 2 trains per hour
- Hayes & Harlington and Ealing Broadway will have a reduced timetable of 8 trains per hour
- Southall will have a reduced timetable of 6 trains per hour
- Trains to / from Reading will additionally call at Iver.
Great Western Railway:
Before 07:20, no trains will run between Ealing Broadway and London Paddington.
From 07:20 until the end of the day, trains will run to an amended timetable with trains running up to 3 minutes earlier or several minutes later than usual.
Heathrow Express:
Services will start later than usual, at 07:20. Before 07:20, only shuttle trains between Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and Heathrow Terminal 5 will run.
