Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway, closing various lines throughout the day.
Elizabeth line:
Before 07:20:
No trains will run between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway before 07:20.
Additionally, the 00:07 Heathrow Terminal 5 to London Paddington service will start later at 00:12 and will terminate at Ealing Broadway.
After 07:20:
Trains that usually run between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead will be amended to run between Abbey Wood and London Paddington only.
Trains between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4 will run to a reduced timetable of 2 trains per hour.
The service level at Maidenhead, Burnham, Slough, Langley and West Drayton will be reduced to 2 trains per hour.
The service level at Hayes & Harlington, Southall and Ealing Broadway will be reduced to 6 trains per hour.
The service level at Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 will be reduced to 4 trains per hour.
No trains will call at Acton Main Line, Hanwell or West Ealing.
Trains to / from Reading will additionally call at Iver.
Great Western Railway:
Before 07:20:
The 06:38 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway will start from Ealing Broadway. London Underground connections are available from Central London to Ealing Broadway.
The 06:20 Reading to London Paddington will depart at 06:36 and operate later throughout.
After 07:20:
Trains will be retimed to run up to 8 minutes earlier or later than usual to / from London Paddington.
Trains that usually run between London Paddington and Didcot Parkway will be amended to run between Reading and Didcot Parkway only, Other trains will be amended to call additionally and Slough, Maidenhead and Twyford.
Heathrow Express:
Before 07:20:
No trains will run to / from London Paddington before 07:20.
Shuttle trains between Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 and Heathrow Terminal 5 will run every 15 minutes.
After 07:20:
An amended and reduced service will run, with 2 trains per hour running through most of the day.
