Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the East Midlands Railway network, closing some lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 20:49 Doncaster to Peterborough service will terminate at Sleaford, and will no longer call at Spalding or Peterborough. A rail replacement bus will run from Sleaford to Peterborough, calling at Spalding.

The 22:52 Leicester to Nottingham service will depart later at 22:59, and it will no longer call at Syston or Sileby. A replacement bus will run from Leicester to Loughborough, calling at all stations.

The 23:11 Peterborough to Lincoln service will not run. A rail replacement bus service will run, calling at all stations.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:21 Nottingham to Liverpool Lime Street service will depart earlier at 05:11.

The 06:49 Liverpool Lime Street to Norwich service will start from Warrington Central at 07:17, and it will not call at Liverpool Lime Street, Liverpool South Parkway or Widnes. A connecting rail replacement bus will run between Widnes and Warrington Central.

The 07:48 Liverpool Lime Street to Norwich service will depart Liverpool South Parkway earlier at 07:58, and it will continue to run earlier to Manchester Oxford Road after which it will then run as scheduled. It will also call additionally at Irlam, at 08:27.
