Great Western Railway between London Paddington / Cardiff Central / Bristol Temple Meads / Exeter St Davids and Penzance, and between Truro and Falmouth Docks, and also between St Erth and St Ives

Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Liskeard and Par, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

No trains will run between Plymouth and Penzance.

You should use Great Western Railway services to complete your journey.

Great Western Railway:

Replacement buses will run between:

  • Plymouth and St Austell
  • Liskeard and St Austell

At Par, buses from Liskeard will drop off customers only. Buses towards Liskeard will pick up customers only.

An amended train service will run between Par and Penzance.

Truro – Falmouth:

Trains between Truro and Falmouth Docks will be retimed to connect with the amended train service to / from Penzance.

St Erth – St Ives:

Trains between St Erth and St Ives will be retimed to connect with the amended train service to / from Penzance.

Night Riviera Sleeper services:

The 21:15 Penzance to London Paddington service will be amended to start from Plymouth, and will start from Exeter St Davids 7 minutes earlier than normal.

The 23:50 London Paddington to Penzance service will call at Exeter St Davids later than usual.
