Routes affected:

CrossCountry between Penzance / Plymouth / Bristol Temple Meads / Birmingham New Street and Edinburgh / Dundee, between Plymouth and Glasgow Central, between Reading and Newcastle, and between Leeds and Edinburgh

Northern between Blackpool North / Blackburn / Hebden Bridge / Leeds and York, between Leeds and Selby, and also between Halifax and Hull

TransPennine Express between Liverpool Lime Street and Hull / Newcastle / Edinburgh, between Manchester Piccadilly / Leeds and Hull, between Manchester Victoria / Manchester Airport and York / Scarborough / Redcar Central / Saltburn

Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Leeds and Church Fenton, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Rail replacement buses will operate between Leeds, Darlington, Durham and Newcastle.

Northern:

No trains will run between Leeds and Selby / York. A replacement bus services will instead operate between these stations.

TransPennine Express:

The following services will be diverted via Castleford:

Manchester Victoria to Redcar Central. Please note these trains are further diverted and will not call at Northallerton. Rail replacement buses will be in operation between Thirsk, Northallerton and Yarm.

Liverpool Lime Street to York.

TransPennine Express will run shuttle services between Leeds and Hull and also between York and Scarborough.
