Description of Incident
Engineering work is taking place between Basingstoke and St Denys, closing all lines.
CrossCountry:
Trains will be diverted, not calling at Winchester or Southampton Airport Parkway and extending journey times by up to 60 minutes.
For Winchester or Southampton Airport Parkway, you should use South Western Railway replacement buses.
South Western Railway:
Replacement buses will run between:
- Basingstoke and Southampton Central.
- Basingstoke and Fareham.
- Southampton Central and Romsey.
Great Western Railway:
The 19:34 Bristol Temple Meads to Portsmouth Harbour service will be diverted between Southampton Central and Fareham, and will not call at Southampton Airport Parkway, Eastleigh, Hedge End or Botley. It will also call at Fareham earlier than usual.
For Southampton Airport Parkway, Eastleigh, Hedge End or Botley, you should travel on alternative services.
