Description of Incident

Engineering work is taking place between Oxford Parkway and Oxford, closing all lines overnight.

Chiltern Railways:

From 23:00 on Saturday until 08:30 on Sunday, buses will replace trains between Oxford Parkway and Oxford.

Great Western Railway:

Saturday

The 22:45 Didcot Parkway to Oxford service will not run and will be replaced by road transport from Didcot Parkway to Oxford calling all stations.

The 22:50 and 23:33 London Paddington to Oxford services will terminate at Didcot Parkway. A replacement bus service will run from Didcot Parkway to Oxford taking 30 minutes.

The 23:20 Didcot Parkway to Oxford service will not run. Customers to travel by earlier or later services.

The 22:04 Banbury to Didcot Parkway service will terminate Oxford. A replacement bus will depart at 22:45 from Oxford to Didcot Parkway calling all stations.

The 23:00 Oxford to London Paddington service will start from Didcot Parkway later than normal. A replacement bus will depart at 23:05 from Oxford to Didcot Parkway to connect into the train.

Sunday

The 07:54 Oxford to London Paddington service will start from Didcot Parkway. Customers from Oxford travel by later services.

The 09:44 Oxford to Banbury service will not run and will be replaced by an earlier replacement bus at 09:05 from Oxford to Tackley, Heyford, Kings Sutton Village Square and Banbury.

The 10:30 Banbury to Oxford service will not run and will be replaced by a bus at 10:30 from Banbury to Kings Sutton Village Square, Heyford, Tackley and Oxford.
