Description of incident:

The A14 in Cambridgeshire is closed westbound between J24 and J23 due to essential emergency carriageway repairs. 

Traffic is being diverted via the hollow triangle diversion symbol. 
Exit the A14 at J24 (Godmanchester) and take the first exit slip road onto the A1198 southeast. Continue through Papworth Everard to the roundabout with the A428. Exit onto the A428 west and continue through Coxton until the roundabout with the A1/A428/B1428. Take the first exit onto the A1 north to Brampton Hut. At the Brampton Hut roundabout, take the second exit and rejoin the A14.
Please allow extra time for your journey should you be travelling in the area.
